I've been wanting to add MCTs to my diet for a long time, so this time on my visit to India I bought a bottle of Hrushived MCT nutrient which read made from fresh coconut milk. At first, I was cautious and used it sparingly, unsure if it would make a difference. But on the days I took it, I felt more energetic and good overall. Gradually, it became a regular part of my routine. Not only did it improve my energy levels, but it also helped with my stomach issues, especially since my hectic schedule often causes me to miss meals, leading to bloating. Since I started using this, my stomach has felt much better.

Now, I add it to my morning drink and even give it to my son in his cocoa milk. i read it helps increase immunity and focus for kids as it is supposed to be rich in lauric acid.
