Mct Oil For Gum Health!

Guava, often referred to as Amrutphala (the fruit of immortality), truly lives up to its name, offering numerous health benefits. Let’s explore how you can use the leaves of this amazing plant to maintain your health.

When selecting guava leaves, choose those that are light green in color—neither too old and thick nor too tender. The guava leaves possess powerful medicinal properties. It’s best to pluck them in the morning and wash them thoroughly.

To use them for oral health, take one or two leaves, cut them into small pieces, and add a few drops of Hrushived virgin coconut oil (contains MCT-65%). Chew the leaves for about two minutes, allowing the juice to be absorbed by your gums and mouth, then swallow the remaining liquid. After chewing, spit out the leaves and refrain from rinsing your mouth immediately. Carry on with your breakfast and rinse your mouth only after finishing it. This process helps cleanse the oral cavity of food remnants as well.

If done daily on an empty stomach, this practice can significantly improve gum health. Guava leaves have antibacterial properties, helping to reduce oral infections, while their anti-inflammatory effect can reduce gum swelling, pain, and bleeding. Hrushived Virgin coconut oil (contains MCT-65%), with its antibacterial, antifungal, and lauric acid content, boosts immunity and further enhances gum health. This combination is especially effective for combating halitosis (bad breath) and bleeding gums.

Another effective method for maintaining gum health is a mouth rinse. To prepare, take four guava leaves  cut them( make a paste  if possible)and boil  in one cup of water until it reduces to half a cup. After filtering the solution, let it cool to a lukewarm temperature. Add a few drops of virgin coconut oil to the cooled solution and rinse your mouth by swishing it around for at least 10 seconds. This remedy is highly effective for oral infections, gum issues, and even toothaches, as it helps reduce bacterial growth and inflammation.

By incorporating these simple practices into your routine, you can naturally improve your oral health and overall wellness.
